Just a quick question, what do others (you) use to read blogs you follow? I was using Bloglovin', but it doesn't work anymore. I actually lost a couple that I loved. (If anyone knows/talks to/follows Accidental Firefly and Inside the Mountain's Skin, ask them to send me a link to follow them, I loved reading their blogs. 😁
Oh and to top it off, my favorite podcast player, Stitcher, also went away. So I guess if you have recommendations on that, I'd love those too. 😊
Not that I have many people who read my blog, but it's worth a shot to ask.
Yes, those are all the blogs I've read. Most of them no longer post, and haven't for a lot of years. It's why I keep looking for new ones, although I am waaaayyyy behind on those that I do read. A couple of my most favorites, Shut Up and Run and Sublurban Mama are on that list (Sublurban Mama hasn't posted in . . .4? . . .5? years.)
I have been slacking on blogging and just saw this. I don't use anything to follow blogs. I add links to blogs that I like to my link list on my own blog, so they are just saved there. I think I might have a link to Accidental Firefly. I will go check and see if I can get that link for you.
ReplyDeleteMe again. I have a link for Accidental Firefly, but her blog is private now: http://accidental-firefly.blogspot.com. I don't have an invitation to read it, so I don't know if she's still active.
ReplyDeleteThank you, that's what I get too. :-(
DeleteHey! I was finally getting back to blog reading. I'm the Mountains Skin blogger but I've shifted to Substack. Search for the Mountains are Calling and you'll find me. You need to subscribe but it's free. Firefly has stopped blogging.
ReplyDeleteI just saw this comment! I'm happy you found me. I am sad Firefly stopped, I really enjoyed her posts. I think blogging is a dying medium, which makes me sad because I really enjoying a glimpse of people's journeys and I get to feel like I really know people and then they disappear. Anyway, thank you for commenting!
